退換流程

  • 除非商品存在缺陷或寄錯，否則顧客需負擔所有退回運費，包括退貨運費、稅項及關稅。
  • 請確保商品包裝完好，以防運輸過程中損壞。

4. 處理時間：我們在收到並檢查商品後，將在10 個工作日內處理您的退換申請。

注意事項

  • 若商品有使用痕跡、損壞或改動，我們將無法接受退換。

Return & Exchange Policy

We are pretty confident that you will love our jewelry as much as we do. Every piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it is defect-free. However, we understand that expectations might sometimes differ, or circumstances might change. That’s why we’ve designed a straightforward return and exchange policy, ensuring you can shop with confidence and peace of mind.

Please note that all sales are final, and orders are non-refundable once payment is made.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and certificates intact.
  • Custom-made, engraved, resized, or personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items purchased during promotions or sales are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Conditions for Return and Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Items with manufacturing defects.
  • Items that were incorrect or damaged upon receipt.
  • For rings or bracelets, customers are entitled to one-time return or exchange for sizing issues.

Return and Exchange Process

  2. Wait for our team to review your request and provide further instructions.
  3. Once approved, ship the item to the address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees including the shipping fees, taxes and duties of return, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your return or exchange within 10 business days.

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Please ensure the item is returned with proper packaging (e.g., jewelry box, protective layers) to avoid damage during transit.
