How long will it take to receive my product?
In-stock items usually ship out within 5 to 7 business days after you place your order. If you’ve chosen an engraved or monogrammed piece, it might take a little longer—typically around 10 business days—for us to personalize it just for you. For personalized items, we put extra love into crafting each piece, so it may take a bit more time to process. We want to make sure everything is perfect! Be sure to check the estimated shipping date on the product page so you can plan ahead. We appreciate your patience and can’t wait for you to receive your special item!

Do you have a warranty?
Yes, we sure do! We take pride in our jewelry and guarantee that it's free from any manufacturing defects for one whole year from your purchase date (applicable to 18K Gold products only. Just a friendly reminder: the warranty doesn’t cover regular wear and tear, accidents, misuse, neglect, or any repair attempts that didn’t go as planned.
